Hello all, I am new to the forum, but have had tanks off and on for years.

Anyway, I have set up a new freshwater tank. It is a 55 gallon Osceanic with a 20 gallon sump (used to be a saltwater tank years ago, been setting for about 10 years). Anyway, I have the tank up and running with 8 platys, 4 guppies, 6 neon tetras, and 2 for now glofish. I am unsure of the light fixture I have, and it didn't come with the tank. It has 4 48 inch mini fluorecent bulbs, and 4 sets of double blue led lights built into the fixture. the tank is not planted, and won't be. I am using sand as my substrate and I am using natural marble and granite for decoration. My first question is what color of bulbs should I use with my daylights to get my neons and glofish to "pop" more (I think it will also help my decorations stand out a little more). My second question is a heater/heaters for the tank. I want to place them in the sump. My tank stays right around 75 degrees at all times. I have around 65 gallons of water throughout the system. Thanks for the help, William
