I've got 2 20 gallon tanks and a 10 galon aquarium to work with. I'm open to ANYTHING. If you've got a fish you really rocommend then i'd be happy to try it out. I have already kept...

Too many tetras
a pirahna
plecos
corys
all common livebearers (guppies, mollies etc.)
all sorts of barbs
all sorts of danios
shrimps
goldfish
red finned shark
hillstream loach
tons of gouramis

So if we could stay away from those then that would be better since it would be something new. All of my previos aquariums were just a mix of those fish. Just big old boring communities. My friend just offered me some (4 or five) glowlight tetras so if you could incorporate them than huge thanks to you.

I know this is sort of picky having taken away every major common fish but I am still open to ANYTHING including those listed above.

Thanks in advance!

Never done cichlids before...

anything special for them? Food, hiding spots

I'm praying to god they like soft acidic water because i've got a bunch of blackwater extract.

Keep in mind I have NEVER had a cichlid.... ever
