The best price (including shipping) i found online was at dr foster and smith for seachem products. I didn't buy excel but did get flourite. The price of flourite was $1 or $2 more then other sites but the best thing was their shipping rates. Other sites usually charged $9-$13 per bag extra for shiping because of weight but I paid only 12 bucks for an order of 6 bags at dr foster. Other places total bill was coming in at minimum of $250.

Try them and see if that works for you.

I would contact Cultivated Coral and ask if they can setup an ebay auction for you. They can get these products and put them on ebay, or you can deal directly also.
