I have a 29 gallon freshwater tank with a male betta, 2 different types of mollies, some zebra danios, cory catfish, and a chinese algae eater. My question, is I am hoping to pick up 2 medium sized angelfish tomorrow, and have read that they are, and are not compatible with the male betta. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks guys.

when cae's get bigger they lose the taste for algae and like most pleco's become more carniverous then sticking to algaes.

SAE's are a better choice, much better choice for algae eating.

Ive kept male bettas with angels just fine.

Good stuff... I had no idea about the CAE's becoming carniverous... I'm going to try the angels with the betta and hope, and swap the CAE for 1 or 2 SAE's... if the fish store has them this afternoon. Thanks for the info!
