I'm building an automatic feeder, and want to use polycarbonate (since it is stiff). The drawback is that it is brittle relative to acrylic.

What are most aquarium products made of poly or acrylic?

Tanks are all acrylics. Most molded parts are PC. PCs are better in strength but leached out BPA, which is an issue but not a problem.
