Haven't had fish in over 20 yrs. but now that I'm retired and we down sized I have a Fluval Spec v that I want to get planted and then maybe a few fish. The aquascaping is quite a learning experience but very interesting. When we had fish before we didn't have internet so all this information wasn't so readily available. The tank is getting cycled right now but we will be adding a few plants this weekend as soon as I figure out what to plant.

Welcome, You will find lots of plants, but you need to know if you will go low to mid or mid to high.
These are mid to low. High light plants will need C02 and good substrate and a good fertilizer. Mine is sand and black beauty blasting sand
