I live in NE Ohio Amish country. I have been keeping freshwater fish since 1969 (the OLD days). I've learned a lot over the years and the internet sure has helped. I used to read a whole lot to get the info you can get now with an easy search. My, how times have changed.
I currently only have 3 tanks-SA Rain Forest, Australian Rainbowfish, Livebearers. For a while I had eight 55 gal tanks breeding Angelfish, Platy's, and Swordtails which I traded for supplies with local Mom & Pop fish stores. Unfortunately the bigger stores put them all out of business. Lots of hassle dealing with big retailers-you have to go through corporate (good luck).
Hopefully I will be starting a West African tank (125 gal) which I got for free!
Just need available cash to setup properly.
