Well, obviously I'm new here. I'm already a member of another site where all the members are from the DFW area. Just thought I'd check this one out and see where everybody is from. I like to being on a local site because we have get togethers every month.

Welcome and hope you enjoy it here. While I can see the nice idea of a local group, I have to be thankful for the offer of the site as there are not many locals in my area. This gives me an outlet for my having fishy friends that I would not have otherwise. But welcome and glad to have you here.

Hope you find a number of your locals here or can get a local group going here. We love to have all the input we can find.
