I cant make it either, though I would love to go. I'll be setting up my classroom all weekend for the start of the school year.

if anyone catches large midas or even a nice oscar or jag I can use a few for the 180g I'm putting in the classroom.

have fun

caught a school of fish that we have no ideal what it is...... took them to Lewis and he didn't know or seen them before.......also caught three fish that kind of look and act like Hummingbird Characidium but the marking are differrent... still looking for matchs. If you know a fish data base to research more please share. I haven't been able to find them in any of mine. We also went to a few fish stores and a farm or two. Rodolfo was a great tour guide and had alot of fun with him.... that alone made it a success. Good people having a good time. Wish you all could have made it.

There's alot more fish release from fish farms, than there was from hobbist. Not saying the hobbist didn't in the past do that...but not forget all the storms we had down here and all the flodding that released massive amounts of fish in the local eco. system.

Sorry, I hate the fact the hobbist get all the blame for this problem.
