please I need some help!
I just read about the rock anemones out of curiosity and I hear they are very dangerous to corals and other inverts, and pretty much my entire 10 gallon nano reef is completely covered with them. what is an effective way to remove them? because I also read that just plucking them will release an even bigger outbreak. please help me! and thank you in advance!

there is always the option of the copper band... otherwise there is a medication you can put in a syringe and basically destroy each one little by little. however if this is covering your tank i wouldnt recommend that option. maybe a baby copper band or two and once they are done eating immediately take them to a larger tank of a friend or your lfs.
