Hello all, just thought i'd drop a few lines to say hello. I currently have 2 salt water tanks- 30 gal mixed reef w/ a pair of ocellaris clowns-a lawnmower blenny-2 fire shrimp-asst snails and crabs-3 feather dusters-and a few corals.
40 gal is a fish only but will soon be a mixed reef
I look forward to sharing some of my experiences and learning from some of yours.

Thanks for the welcome. One of the feathers is on the bottom in the sand with it's tube attached to the live rock and the other two are in the rocks about mid way up. I'll try to get some pics up soon.

Gotta love those featherdusters. :)

What are you waiting for to switch over the 40 to a reef?
I'm dealing with a high nitrates now and I have to upgrade my lights. Thinking about the Nova Extreme pro. Also I have crushed coral so I'll be switching over to sand.

Yeah, feather dusters are great. I wouldn't have a tank without them. Plus they're easy to care for as long as your water is good.
our water isn't good. its very bad. yet they still live longer than our fish.:Deven damselfish!!!!!!!!!
