Hey just a quick question, if you guys had either bala sharks or parrot fish, what type of food would you be feeding them? and how many times a day?

I have two bala sharks in with my african cichlids and they pretty much eat anything--i change the food daily between flakes, pellets, frozen brine, and they actually enjoy algae wafers as well...
