Hey everyone, I have two young koi that I got at a petstore, so they're not fancy koi like you get from breeders, but I was wondering if anyone could guess what they might be or what their parents might have been. I'm just curious. They're both so handsome.
***ALSO: don't worry, that tank you see in the photos is NOT where they live, that's just what I use for taking photos and videos because the lighting is better.
So Louie is the orange, black, silver, and white metallic one and Kaito is the blue and white partially scaleless one. They're both around six months old and Louie's the one with a crooked eye. Don't worry, it's not popeye, he was just born like that. It doesn't seem to be hurting him and honestly he looks really cute.
