I'm new to the hobby and I'm currently on the first weeks of my new community tank, has live plants, a few fishes, already cycled and everything ready.

I noticed this lil guy had increased its size overnight. Used to be quite thin but he is a voracious very active eater. At first I thought it was overfeeding, but looking online I found out about an illness called 'Bloatsy' and it described the same symptoms and portruding scales. I checked and yes, its scales look like they are sticking out.

I have Kuhli loaches and Corydoras and have been overfeeding in order for food to drop to the soil for them to eat.

You good people have more experience than me, what do you think? Overfeeding or Bloatsy? Thank you so much! Plant Water Leaf Green Nature
