Hi

i woke up this morning to discover all the glass of my aquarium was covered with tiny white worms i did a water change and cleaned the gravel but there still there
does anyone have any tips for getting rid of them or know what they are?

Your over feeding the fish..... cut back the amount of food your feeding them.... feed twice a day and than only enough that can be eaten in 2 to 3 mins with nothing landing on the gravel.

It is probably Planaria. They won't hurt you fish, but do eat eggs. Clean your tank thoroughly. Especially your substrate,any leftover food or waste they will eat. Upload some pictures if you can.

Don't over clean the tank and gravel and filter you will send you tank back into a cycling process. That will be hard on th fish than the worms. The worms will not hurt you fish, actually your fish will eat the worms. Just do you weekly schedule gravel vac and water change and as stated before don't over feed the fish.
