Hey all,
I was very uncertain with the heater that came with my tank....so I went to the LFS and bought a Jager EHEIM 150watt for my 55gal.

I hope this is the right size. The question I have is that the on the unit it says fully submersible and has a "min water line on it" yet the instructions (sadly I am one of those anoying guys that do read them....sometimes) it says to not put the unit further in the water than the high water mark. I don't see a high water mark...any clue what I should do?

As a side note, the same store has lace rock (don't know what that is but it sure looks great) but they sell it at $1.75 a pound after the first $25. Is this an ok price?

Close but the top is a bit different. The cord is a real heavy cord that goes right into the unit. The box has a sticker on it that says "UL Fully Submersible, New Safety cable"

But how you set yours is how I ended up setting mine. Don't really need to have it fully in the water any way. I just wasn't sure.
