:fish9:hi i would like to get a bta for my 29gallon bio cube. Does it have enough watts per gallon? People have said both yes and no from what i have researched, and i would like to know your opinions. :fish9:

Watts per gallon is a very out dated way of determining proper lighting it was used when we all used the same lighting as in T-12's. What is the lighting on your Bio Cube

Well a BTA could survive under that lighting if fed properly but I dont think it would be the best idea to get one and they will get quit large for a 29 gallon IMO

If could survive for awhile but long term would look grim. They really need alot of light to survive long term.

I had a LTA in my 29BC. Never looked good till I got my nanotuners 4.36 light upgrade. After the upgrade the LTA took over the BC and I had to take it out. HTH!
