So have a 5 gallon tank with 3 fish. All passed away this week. Tank has air stone, filter with bio filter, live planta of Anubias, java Fern, duck weed. Temp. kept around 78°F.
Fish were a small growing type of leopard Plato who we did not know was still in the tank for over 4 months till this week he appeared, under distress. Other two were a male Betta and female (got along great). She was a new addition along with 3 new live plants. The new plants brought in 10+ snails and micro white worms (not sure if that had anything to do with anything. We noticed female Betta going under distress so we immediately did a 20% water change. Each day we did water changes to try and save them, as it seemed water quality was bad. Provided Pics of tests. Trying to figure out what we did wrong with water quality to cause this.
