Poor service

I have ordered a package of plants from this business: AquariumPlants.com Largest online sales / service site for the live aquarium plants & aquarium products community.
They sent me a package with plants, whcih arrive dead. No reshipping and no refund.

I ordered plants from KEHY on this site and they arrived in great condition.They came from Washington(assuming west coast) and I live in NY.They were properly packed and arrived quickly(w/in 5 days or less).The plants are beautiful to boot!Sorry for "bad company" seems like lots of good, skilled people here.THANKS KEHY!

Thank you. Perhaps, I had to deal with them first. I had a good luck, trading with individual aquarists.

Well sorry about your loss. I can't believe that a company would not stand behind their products. Things happen when you are dealing with live items and at least the company should send you your order again. Not very good customer service for sure.

big companies have forgotten the personal touch that it seems can only come from true people.Hard goods are well suited for internet purchases as many sellers don't even touch product(shipped direct from manufacturer/you save money).Live items(animal/plant ) need personal touch.Sorry you got "burned".

Thank everyone for the answering. Let us better trade with plants and all aquatic creatures with each other. This is far more rewarding then dealing with big companies.
