newbie need help with my feather fin

I have a problem my African feather fin has gotten really bloated the last few days and I'm pretty worried im not sure how to upload photos

Please post a photo or find out the real name of the fish. I've been doing this 30 plus years and don't have a clue what you have. Maybe an African Butterfly fish?

An African feather fin is usually a syno eruptus.
