Angelfish are jerks
So today, I am dropping off color guard dear to the kid, who was in too big a rush to grab it on her way out the door. Get to her school and get a text from the bar. " Hey Bev, I think you have an angel dying. Its circling and being pushed by others. " My response, "OK Ill try and get there in a bit." So as I am sitting there waiting for the receptionist up front to finish with the line of other parents, the bartender texts. : hurry, Bev they are murdering him! I don't want to watch them kill this poor guy! Also there is another who is being picked on too!" So I explain that I am in Pickens and really am hurrying. Text three" Mandy is trying to keep the other ones away but they are ignoring her!" My response: "There is a net under the tank. I need something to bring the two beat up ones home. "
So anyhow, I get there and I have a couple paired off on one side and a couple on the other. I knew it was a matter of time, just, ugh. One of the ones being attacked was Lil, the mother to all the rest. The other, one of the males. Had to set the 29 up in a hurry. Have to tear down a canister in search of media, and have the water low because the one is really on his way out. He goes to the surface for air and I really dont want it too hard on him. If he is no better by tomorrow if he makes it through the night) I will euth him :( So now Lil is back home, she is an f1 from wild caught parents. Once she destresses and rests here for two weeks, she will be going to live with the bartender, who is buying her her very own 29 gallon setup.
Sigh. Angelfish are jerks.
