Angelfish colour change

Hi all,

One of my angelfish has quite suddenly developed an orange marking which has spread from his mouth up to his top fin. Is this a natural colour change? Or could it be a sign that something is wrong? He is feeding well and no change in behavior. Any advice would be very welcome!

Thanks,
Katie

Re: Angelfish colour change

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for the reply.

He is predominantly pale and very lightly marbled. In terms of size, his body measures roughly 3.5cm. He is a young fish and I have had him for a few months.

sounds like it is natural. I wouldn't worry unless he starts acting abnormal. good luck!
