discus acting weird

Stressed out for sure, appears to be starting to headstand as well. Need more info, temp should be 82-84f and a sub 7 Ph. gh/kh matter.

hi there,
i saw your you tube video, it is definitely stressed , however the stress would come from several reason, how much often you change water ? is both gills moving at the same speed rate ? is it original color or you saw the color become slightly darker ?
