New aquarium questions

Iv had my aquarium for a week now and i have 1 cory cat, 1 zebra loach, 3 guppies and 1 female autolinking image. The tank is 10 gallon. So my research shows the tank needs to get established and have bacteria grow and such. I also read that i should chamge 10 to 15% pf the water weekly. And clean the tank every couple weeks.
So my question now is its been a week and the aquarium is cloudy. Not colored clowdy but clear cloudy. I notice food thats been breaking down in the gravel and i know when i clean the tank to use a gravel vacuum. But im not sure when ghe first clean should be? And i read that the cloudy is the bacteria growing and that after a few weeks it will starv itself and clear up snd be good. Sorry if this is confusing. Im new to the fish thing. Always wanted some
