My Jack Dempsy has been itching up a storm. I was worried he had ick, but when I looked closely at him, there were little (about .5mm) white (rice looking) things crawling all over his skin. The pet store people said they have never seen anything like this before. I've also been having an issue with cloudiness in the tank. Sorry, but I have no idea what that could be...parasites of some sort maybe? Hopefully someone else can chime in...

Closest thing I could find was Flukes.They are some sort of mite/lice for fish, its the only thing I can find that matches the description of that video. I would start with daily 20% water changes.
