Dragon Goby

I am new to this site. Haven't done the intro yet. Will later lol. Not sure where to post this question so here goes. I have as topic said a dragon goby that seems to have a swollen belly. It is clear not solid. It is very active and swims all over the tank. Gonna try as post pics. Any help or knowledge would be fantastic. Thank you in advance
