Re: Explain your avatar!

For those of you who don't know what an avatar is, an avatar is usually the picture that you use at the left hand of the screen underneath your name to represent you every time you post. For example my avatar is a picture of me at Disney with one of the characters from Finding Nemo.

Talking Re: Explain your avatar!

Well shrek and I was out riding a harley (what other kind of bike is there anyway>none, duh) and he wanted to show the world what kind of wind blown hair he used to have, well before. . . . as we all know, and to add color to the blown hair style of shreks a colorful saucer too.

Smile Re: Explain your avatar!

My avatar is one of my current bettas, Diablo. It is his demo picture as I am not a very good shot with my new camera, they all come out blurry and I could not bear to show him off at a disadvantage. He is my baby and a spoiled little dickens. He does the "bettaautolinker.com autolinking image dance" for me when I get up to the tank and loves to be sung to. He likes to eat from my finger and occasionally tries to eat my finger as well. But overall, he is a darling little guy and I love the little fellow a lot.

Everyone who knows me knows that I am absolutely wild about bettas and have spent a lot of time with mine. I treat them like the kids that I do not have at home anymore and they pretty much rule my roost.

Thanks for the topic, I think this is really a cool idea.

Mine is a picture of a painted cat. Its a new craze that is starting up. Very expensive though. Mine will change often to the different pics of painted cats.

Re: Explain your avatar!

My avatar is of a bettaautolinker.com autolinking image tattoo. I love both tattoos and Bettas, so I thought it was appropriate. Kinda boring though, huh?

By the way, NICE bettaautolinker.com autolinking image Chickadee!

Re: Explain your avatar!

Mine is a Mermaid and i may change to different mermaids along the way.

Why Minx, well Minx Kitten was a nickname of mine years ago. Contrary to popular belief, a Minx is not a CAT, thats a manx or a lynx. A Minx is a Flirty, Pert girl, but my friend years ago, said i was more a kitten version of that. So Minx stuck and my fashion boutique is called, Minx Fashion Shoppe.

As for the Mermaid part, well as a lifetime certified scuba diver, (although i don't dive that much anymore) I was always more comfortable in water than on land. :fish-swimming: in the water i am FREE and light and not clumsy and the beauty of the ocean under sea life draws me to it. Underwater with the fishies is like heaven on earth, the pure quiet and beauty.

and....i've always kinda had a mermaid body, tiny waist and curvy, fish taily hips...yuck! as in too curvy....

so MinxMermaid has been my aquatic ID....and now you probably know more about me than you ever cared to know....LOL!:fish-next:

Yes...I kiss my Betta Tanks!!

Re: Explain your avatar!

I believe in being prepared for anything from a flat tire to the entire collapse of society and living the Mad Max life. A friend of mine mentioned that I was prepared for anything and jokingly commented, "I bet you even have a plan in case of zombie attack." I told him I don't have a zombie plan, I have 37 DIFFERENT zombie plans. :p From there it kind of became the running joke that in case of zombie uprising that everyone is coming to my house to stock up on gear and roast s'mores on the campfire.

Re: Explain your avatar!

While I have no tatoos, I have admired your avatar and wondered if there was a bettaautolinker.com autolinking image like that in your life at one time. I think it is beautiful and would love to have one like it. (the bettaautolinker.com autolinking image, not the tatoo at I think I am getting a bit too old for one of those. LOL)
