Tank Information:
We have 9 tanks in a 3-rm, 2-bath quadriplex w/ patio-- (each occupant owns either the mortgage or title to his section)- 3 tanks are on the patio and the balance are inside. Only one baby-raising tank is inside the house,however.
Florida has terrible water, and the locals make it worse by adding sodium. We run our water through a softener but it comes out with an "8" PH, so we stick to livebearers. After a week our water is about a 6.2 ph and fairly soft, so we add bicarb to bring it up to 6.8- The Angels tolerate it that way..
We also have young Kribs, but the majority of our fish are 2nd and 3rd generation Brick Swordtails, Red wags, and Black Sailfin Mollies/ Snakeskin Guppies- we ha
