Default Yellow clown goby with bumps

I got home from work tonight and noticed that my yellow clown goby is covered in bumps. They are yellow but are all over. Has anyone had expierence with this? I'm not sure what to do because it doesn't look like ich.

Quite possibly Ich. the yellow body will show its color sometimes that way through the Ich. Once it develops more in a few days you will be able to tell more definately on e way or the other.
