We are currently offering the Florida Fighting Conch for sale for $1. The Fighting Conch if you are not familiar is a larger cleaner, only suitable for tanks larger than 50 gallons that have a fair amount of continuous sand space. The feed on filamentous algae, diatoms and will do some scavenging. They will not feed on complex decorative macros or seagrass, they lack the cutting power to do so despite their large size. In that way they can be an effective seagrass tank cleaner, assuming they are not so cramped as to have no choice but to trample the display. You can find fighting conchs here.
(Limit 1 per Order at this price, you can add on more for $6 ea. email for details. They REQUIRE Express Mail outside the state of FL, or to a location within the Panhandle.) |
