He could, depends on the size diffrence of the other fish. If its much bigger he won't be able to get it in his mouth. But once he's full adult size its possible.

Sam answer as above. Both fish will only get about 4" when fully grown, so will the Angler. But, he's still has to catch them. Your Angler is also a bottom dweller, the fish would have to come to him.
