Default Mean fish

My tank is reaching one year old and i still have the fish i cycled with, a yellow tail damsel, still in the tank. He is getting bigger and more aggressive and he is picking on my other fish. When i try to get him out he hides in the rocks. Any other strategies that will help me net him.

In that video towards the beginning you can kind see what i am dealing with. When the fish try to swim low he chases them.

You could try removing the clowns, then scare the damsel out of the rocks and block up the entrances with rocks or whatever you have handy. It shouldn't take too long to nail the damsel if he has no place to hide. He's stressing the heck out of those clowns. If it were my fish, I'd get him out of there if I had to use a baited fish hook.

They have things called fish traps, that you bait. I've never used them but I've seen them at the fish store. ?

or you could try this:
