Default new tank and new fish

Ok the other day i was brousing craigslist and see a guy on there wanting to give away some cichlids, and a african spotted leaf fish. Went and got em and he had a tank too he was wanting to sell. i bought it too and got it finalized yesterday with the decor. very pleased with how it looks and the fish seem to like it. I also bought some cichlids as well.

Heres the new 30 gallon tank with the white cichlid sand

heres a new pic of the 55 gallon but im redoing the decor in it tonight with rock and taking out some of the orniments

now for the livestock in the 55 gallon

heres my favorite addition a electric blue cichlid

the leaf fish around 4.5" long and was free

well its been a while since my last post but since then i have changed my 55 over to sand and added some rock for hiding places as well. also i have two new favorites other than the electric blue i have. I also have two of each of them. One species is a demosani cichlid that petsmart got in and the one they arnt over a inch long right now but they will be gorgous when they reach adulthood. also the other one is a afra cichlid that petsmart got in and one of them is absolutely gorgous and i tried to get a good pic but they dont do it justice. i may put my GoPro camera on the side of the tank one day and try to get some HD video of them swiming. heres the pics of the tank now and the fish i talked about

The tank

the demosani's

the afra when i got it
