Freshwater Aquarium Photography This is the photography forum for the FW section. It's a dedicated forum to post pictures of some of the things in our tanks, pics of new additions, as well as for great information exchange, tips, tricks, and overall just discussing cameras and photography techniques of our tanks. Learn all about apertures, f-stops, ISOs, macro, flashes, white balance, and anything and everything else that drives us crazy to get a masterpiece shot. Feel free to show off your tanks in here, and plus its a great way for humble people to nonchalantly have their tanks nominated by the other members for Tank Of The Month. Don't be shy!

Looks great Alasse. I would never have thought to use artifical ferns in a tank. Are they plastic or the silk ones. It's hard to tell as they look real.

Thanx guys

Susan - The ferns are made for tank use, they are silk and they were rather pricey (AU$41 each), but they are quite big, this tank is 18inx18inch and just fit (ideally should be in a 20inx20in to show full potential) My LFS has a full range of new silk plants in and they are exceptional quality, they really look real. I will be investing in some other one over time, i just love them!

Thanks I need to see if any of our lfs carry them. They would look good in my mbipia tank.

It's nice to see goldfish being shown off, not just in a sad little tank. I'm not a fan of plastic plants but yours work.
