Freshwater Aquarium Photography This is the photography forum for the FW section. It's a dedicated forum to post pictures of some of the things in our tanks, pics of new additions, as well as for great information exchange, tips, tricks, and overall just discussing cameras and photography techniques of our tanks. Learn all about apertures, f-stops, ISOs, macro, flashes, white balance, and anything and everything else that drives us crazy to get a masterpiece shot. Feel free to show off your tanks in here, and plus its a great way for humble people to nonchalantly have their tanks nominated by the other members for Tank Of The Month. Don't be shy!

Awesome pics, I was looking at some DGs yesterday at the pet store. Made me really want to get one.

What camera are you using?

Great pics. 350d is a great camera. I have the same one. There is no point to upgrading to T3i (IMHO)

Yes these pics are great pics, how ever this person didn,t just pick up a camera shoot and point,,1, you need experince with your camera,2, you must have controll of the lighting, back lighting side and frount, 3,your tank must be really clean .4,the camera was most likely right up to the glass, frount,,pssible on a tri pod, with a cable release for the shutter release. the water is as clear as, meaning water change two days before. totally settled when you take the pic,,so you understand, the plan, the extacution,,happen first
