In September and October this year, me and three other Aquarium fanatics went on an expedition to the upper Surinam river. During the three weeks we were there we fished and filmed in various locations along the river and the creeks. We caught some very nice species and possibly even a new Bryconops species. Dr. Covain helped us identify the catfishes we caught which was very helpfull since hardly anything is known about the species found in this region. (Many of the pages on PC don't even have images of them)
The Dutch version of the report has already been published on my website: Aquatic-Discoveries The English version is currently under construction but you could use Google translate to read it if Dutch isn't your thing (Or just look at the pictures). Our main priority now is getting the other fish species identified for our printed version of the report.
