Default 2.5G Ghost Shrimp tank

Hi,

I listened to the advise I was given and added some Hardy something bulbs into my 2.5G tank and the plants have really grown. Also alot of algae grew on my rock. Does anyone know if I would scrape it off? Any comments or suggestions on how to improve my little tank? I have 4 Ghost shrimp and a couple of little plants. Thank you in advance!
