Thanks for the thread. That is not our product, so unfortunately, we cannot fully explain what may have occurred :-) It sounds like precipitation; however, strontium is kept at a much lower level than calcium and magnesium (for example) so it should not be in excess. As phil_pl mentioned, it may have to do with how much of the product was dosed to that given amount of water. Also, it would have been a good idea to test all of the parameters on that water to see what all of the levels (i.e., pH, alkalinity, calcium, magnesium, and strontium) were at after that product was dosed.
