Default Mappa Puffer Fish

I have had this fish for a week today and it has not eaten since I got him. I have tried everything I can think of to get him to eat. Everyday I call the store to get some more insight and they keep telling me not to worry. That's easy for them to say they already have my $225.00 this is why in the past I tried to stay away from rare animals. Any suggestions? Tank mate are white spotted filefish: huma trigger fish: lunar wrasse: Scopus tang: foxface rabbit fish: and I maybe forgetting one or to others.

What were they feeding him in the strore? Did you actually see him eat in the strore? Have you tried clams in the half shell or Muscles? Not for nothing, but, have you thrown in a live goldfish just to see if he'll eat?

I did see him eat at the store. I watched him for about two weeks before I got him. At the store he was eating silver sides and mysis I even added a few Rosie Reds and feeder shrimp. I think the tank is to active for him. He has one more day before I take him back to the store, I would hate to see him die. I has a hard enough time getting my wife on board for why I needed to spend that much money on one fish. I would never hear the end of that. LOL
