Default Heeeeelllppppp

My tank is getting a green Algae everywhere and i can not get all of it off. I really tried scrubbing but it doesnt seem to get it all. Any ideas why or tips on how to prevent it?

Limit the ammount of time you turn your light on. And make sure it's not in direct sunlight that will make the algea bloom/grow crazy fast.

scraping it will only get you so far. You'll have to decrease your lighting period, make sure you do water changes (preferred method would be 50/50 RO/tap) to decrease the amount of nitrates and other stuff the algae eats, get more plants that take in nutriants through its stem instead of roots, and slow your feeding down. As well as make sure the lights you use are 6500K or higher and not near a window.
