Default Moar halp!

Ok, so for the sake of not posting a new thread, I will change this one into a new question. So, with my 20g tank, (the kuhlies barbs and Cory) and getting rid of the zebra, give me some nice options for the rest of the tank so I don't screw up again. Thank you :3

In a 10g you can have a school of the Cherry Barbs and that's about it. A 10g is too small for a group of Kuhlis, zebra loaches and corys - since each of those should be in groups of 3 at the very least, with Kuhlis, loaches and corys preferring to be on a sandy substrate.

Why not go with a school of 6 Cherry barbs and maybe 1-2 Zebra Nerite snails? Fill the tank with as many live plants as you can too, as that makes the tank look fuller, keeps the fish happy and helps with water parameters.

I like my zebra loaches, but they get big!! 4" so far. I have 4 of them. They are active.

Cories. While a pita for me to keep, these guys are kewl. Always active, shoaling. I put 4 in a 15 qt tank, and while taking a long time to get better, each day in the tank, the closer I am to running a small cory only tank.. Although if they get as big as the one i see at the lfs.. They get ugly as heck.

I am with holly's advice on this one. There are many other types of fish you could keep, but only 1 - 2 species at most.
