I uploaded a photo of my snails... something is going on, whether it is depletion of calcium or an invader in the tank... please help me find a cure before they start dying! Thanks and I will appreciate any advice! Thank you Lots!

I'd go online and look for ways of adding calcium to your water. There are tons of products and homemade remedies. You should also test the general and carbonate hardness of your water. If you aren't scientific in your approach, do a pH test, and chances are that if the pH is low, the water is soft - not great for snails.
