Unhappy bow front tank

I have 2 rectangle tanks that are amazing, my fish live fine. BUT my bow front tank nothing lives longer than 3 weeks! The water is tested weekly and is always good (I test at home and take to petsmart) but the fish keep dying. Is there something about a bowfront fish tank I am doing wrong?

I would say its the fish not the tank.Unless you got this one used and didnt clean it well.

What types of fish and how many at a time, and whats the size of the tank?

Was the tank cycled?

Petsmart uses strips so their "water tests" are extremely inaccurate. I know for some people they didn't even test the water and just said "it was okay"

I suggest you buy an API water test kit. It's a liquid test. It's usually 25 bucks online (most stores sell it for 40) It's really worth the 25 bucks.

I agree with what everyone has said.

I've got a Bow Front and everyone's been doing fine in it.

Same questions that have already been asked: Has the tank been cycled? How many fish are you adding at once? What kind of fish are you adding? What's the temperature of the tank? What's your pH? Strip tests are not as accurate as liquid tests, so try to save up some money to get yourself a liquid test.
