Default 90 Gallon Tank restart not taking

Help for some reason the chemistry is not taking. No algae is taking it has been about 10 -11 weeks and still waiting.

I took a few pictures of my tank sump. For some reason it has bubbles in it (or something like that).

The tank is mostly clear and not too cloudy.

What question should I ask my local pet store?
Thanks Brian

Please send us more information, such as the ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, pH, hardness if available levels, temperature etc. I'm not familiar with that type of filter for freshwater aquaria, so someone else will hopefully chime in. What did you use to condition the water before adding it to the tank?

I don't even know what you're asking? What is not taking?

Why are you worried that you don't have algae. Most people try to get rid of it. That filter kinda looks like a wet/dry filter. Really need more info bout the setup and what you're asking
