Default White bump on goldfish's head
This morning i noticed a lump on my goldfish (patrick) head. I did some water tests and notices the ammonia was quite high, i was able to get it down again but i want to know what is wrong with him. I tried to take pictures to help identify the problem. (However i cant post them yet...)

I would get some amo-carb and put that in your filter media and continue the wc and keep a close eye on the water quality.

Also cut back on the feeding a bit until the water quality issues eases up.

Maybe add some aquarium salt, but if your tank is planted or has snails do a half dose.
what is your water temp. also is there any other fish with him.
