Hi Everyone,
I've been travelling a lot recently and let my water get pretty funky. I noticed one of my 4 large goldfish in the lower corner of the tank and the next morning he died. I've got 3 fish left, all coke can size, and two of the three have developed bumps that look like a wart or blister about a 1/4 inch in diameter. One fish has two the other three. The third largest fish has nothing. They are all energetic and seem the same as always. One local shop( super professional and niche') thought the pictures looked like dropsy and recommended tetracycline but I don't see bloating yet and the fish that died didn't show signs of bloating either. I picked up some Maracyn-two since the original store and petsmart were out of tetracycline. I thought I'd share a pic in case you guys know better. Please see the pictures I added...

This is the first article I've read that gives me hope that a Dropsy death isn't certain.
I began the Maracyn-Two treatment just in case. Woke up this morning and no change yet. But nothing worse so that's good. I did a 25% water change last night before starting the treatment. I also added some Turbo Start to reinforce good bacteria ahead of the antibiotic.
