not anywhere near as easily as platies and mollies. You really shouldn't worry about that right now, just focus on getting things right in your tank for the moment.

Dunno. Do some research on your own, a lot of people had bred black skirts and talk about it online...a quick google search answers a lot of questions. On the other hand, they might have parasites.

Sorry, but what did you say? Not adding vowels makes it hard to understand you in places. Just look up what kind of fish you have (hopefully not multiple bettas)
You could have a betta sorority, but those can be difficult and you might need to put fish in separate containers if they try to kill each other.

well I typed in google and it didn't have any matches for tetras it had it for bettas. and not i don't have bettas.

lol then you're not searching right. Black Skirt Tetras, correct? Search Black Skirt tetra behavior, and you should get quite a few hits that are at least worth looking into. If whatever you use tries to change it to bettas, change it back. Not a terribly difficult thing to do.
