Default My fantail goldfish

Here's a couple pics of my goldfish. There are 3 gold fantails, and 1 black ryukin goldfish??? I'm not sure what kind he is. I bought him at a pet shop and he was labeled as a Ryukin Goldfish, but I'm not sure. Sorry about the poor quality pictures. Whenever I go close to the tank they all start swimming around very fast and its hard to get a clear shot.

Nice fish. Ive been half way looking for a calico fantail myself and have seen a few that looked like they may have been a common fantail crossed with a Ryukin or perhaps a not so good specimen of a Ryukin. I dont know what you have but if you like him that is what counts. I have a small common fantail and he is my buddy. Cheapest fish I have and my favorite lol.

I have four fancytails, with the latest addition being a Calico -- he's beautiful and we have named him "Keiko"...

I had a Calico but sadly it died. I love the colors on Calico's and I was thinking about getting another, then I started my guppy tank and Ive been focusing on them. Thanks for the feedback guys n gals.

Hey, no problem...I know what you mean about the Calicos' colors; ours is a stunning collection of bronze, orange, white and black spots, and a raggedy forked tail...
