My commet gold fish has developed a bump on his side. It doesn't seem to bother him and it doesn't appear to be growing any more. I tried to get some pictures but I couldn't get any that realy show any thing.
Is this something I should worry about? |

it is about 1/8 of an inch across maybe a little less. It is located about half way up his body right behind the left pectoral fin. It grew in about 2 days then stopped and has been there for about 4 weeks unchanged. The scales still lay flat. The fish is about 3.5 inches long. We have had the fish since may.
