Question Bottoms Up Problem With One Of My Pond Sarassa Goldfish

One of my sarassas, who has been in the pond for over 4 years, last summer developed a problem where her butt is constantly down. Unless she's swimming, she looks like she's standing on her tail. This has persisted for 2 years. She made it through the winter, and indeed has put on weight and size. Usually swim bladder problems involve the head going down, so I don't know what the difficulty is, and hence what, if anything, to do about it. She's around 10 inches long. There are 9 other goldfish and 4 koi in the pond who are fine, and the pond is well oxygenated with a waterfall and a stream. Any thoughts, folks?
